ASSISTANCE THROUGH TEAMVIEWER

 

Teleservice is a technical support operated remotely by specialists with direct connection. Team Viewer is an online service by ARD, that offers the possibility to solve all problems related to Tintometry and Colorimetry. Teleservice, or remote assistance, is a system that allows one of our operators to interact with your computer, as they were there, whatever the distance.

WHICH PROBLEMS CAN BE SOLVED
Any problem related to the software such as:
•Software malfunction
•ARD software installations and for any peripheral, for example Spectrophotometer
• Explain a procedure or help you solve a problem.  

WHICH PROBLEMS CANNOT BE SOLVED
All those not related to the software but of a physical nature (Hardware) including:
•Broken, burnt, or malfunctioning hard drives or cards
•Broken peripherals
•Electrical problems
•Problems with connection cables

  LIMITATIONS

The service is not available in cases where:
•Internet connection doesn’t work
•PC problems are so serious, not allowing the complete start-up
  of the system and, therefore, they are not able to communicate via internet.
