The 90-meter-tall skyscraper was designed by architect Bernard Khoury and is an avant-garde design project. It was created to house luxury residences and executive offices. The exterior façade was coated with a washable paint, Idropaint, suitable for exterior use and capable of creating a mirrored effect.
