The exterior facade was very degraded and uneven, so we applied a reinforced skim coat with our Ardcoat C8 mortar, to even out the surface.
The finishing process continued with Ard Fill, an anti-algae quartz filler paint, now recognized as CAM and EPD, two pillars of sustainable construction (facade on the cover).

Inside, we chose a washable paint that provides a tough, wash and scratching resistant film on the walls. Aedilia is an easy-to-apply, washable water-based paint, ideal for bright colors too, which works well, together with the softer ones, to create a distinctive satin effect.
Here, a bold color was chosen to create a solo wall in the lab, showcasing the painted brand. The garage, on the other hand, is painted in a very light color, which conveys a sense of cleanliness and professionalism, highlighting the bicycles.
