In recent years, this commitment has translated into several concrete steps: the adoption of the Code of Ethics and the activation of the whistleblowing channel, the strengthening of training and welfare initiatives, the achievement of ISO 14001 certification for the Padua office, as well as the continuation of work on low environmental impact products and indoor air quality, with certifications that confirm the company's focus on the health of people and the environment. Added to this are decisions that reinforce the direction taken, such as joining Cortexa and joining the Climate City Contract of the Municipality of Padua. These initiatives confirm the company's desire to actively contribute to the dissemination of more responsible practices, including through dialogue with the local community and the supply chain.
