The façade of the Benois De Cecco municipal theatre has been renovated using an elastomeric acrylic-siloxane finishing product, specifically designed for buildings prone to micro-cracking - a very common issue in modern construction.
Essentially, the product’s high elasticity allows the paint film to resist to mechanical stress, thereby protecting the surface from such cracking phenomenon.
Furthermore, the product does not compromise on aesthetics; it limits the accumulation of dirt and ensures long-lasting adhesion. The façades will remain clean and well-preserved for longer, also thanks to its anti-algal properties, good vapour permeability, and water-repellent nature.
