For the fourth consecutive year, we are a Great Place To Work® certified company. This is certainly a proud achievement. But above all, it reminds us of a simple fact: the quality of a workplace isn't something you say, it's something you build every day with people.
Great Place To Work® is a leading international benchmark for analyzing corporate culture and employee experience. Certification is based on direct consultation with employees through the Trust Index™ questionnaire, which measures organizational climate, level of trust, quality of internal relationships, and perceptions of the work environment.
Being certified for four consecutive years means confirming a concrete commitment over time: creating an environment where people can work well, grow, collaborate, and feel part of a shared project.

Making this journey even more significant is the recognition it received this spring, with its inclusion among the Best Workplaces™ Italy 2026 in the 50-149 employee category.
