For Luigi Gorza, that moment came in 2019. He'd been at the company for just over a year. He was still trying to figure out his true place between the two family businesses. Then, suddenly, the situation changed. His aunt, the CEO, was away for several months. He was faced with four managers with far more experience. And a company that had to continue operating.
It wasn't a formal transition. It was total exposure. In those months, Luigi found himself doing something that until recently hadn't been his calling: making decisions. Holding things together.
