The Gino Raccanello Scholarship is an incentive aimed at promoting excellence, supporting access to faculties such as Engineering, Chemistry, Computer Science, Statistics, and Economics, as well as to ITS Academy programs that shape the skills which will underpin the development of the productive class in the coming decades. The initiative's regulations, valid for the two-year period 2026-2027, provide for the allocation of a total fund of €10,000. The prizes will be awarded to the children of employees—blue collar workers, white collar workers, managers, and executives—who demonstrate outstanding achievements.

Policy measures in brief

The admission criteria are rigorous and designed to reward consistent commitment: university students require an average grade of no less than 28/30, while recent graduates must have a passing grade of no less than 105/110. Technical excellence is also rewarded: for ITS Academy graduates, the threshold is set at 95/100. Scholarship amounts range from €250 for the first years of an ITS program to €1,000 for those completing a specialist or master's degree. This recognition goes beyond financial value, representing a testament of esteem for dedication to study.
"At ARD Raccanello, we believe that the color of the future is talent. The decision to prioritize STEM programs in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Economics is intended to inspire all young people to pursue fields of study that are crucial to sustainable development and growth today." "Investing concretely in post-diploma education is our specific responsibility. The scholarships represent not only support for our team's families, but also a commitment to the local community to fill the educational gaps that currently hinder the competitiveness of our sector. We want to strengthen the bond between the company and the community, offering a real incentive for the personal and professional growth of the new generations." Luigi Gorza, CEO of ARD Raccanello.
